At Brad’s Automotive we want to provide fair service for all our customers. We are always looking to improve our service, so please feel free to contact us with any suggestions or queries regarding the Shipping information provided here. This information covers purchases or orders made via this website.

Ordering Parts

There are several ways to order parts through Brad’s Automotive. However you want to do it, Brad’s Automotive can get you the part.

  • Pay Online, Delivered to you.
  • Pay Online, Pickup in store
  • Order online, Pay and Pickup in store.
  • Order and Pay in store, Delivered to you.

Payment options online are via Debit/Credit Card or Pay in store.
Payment options in store are via Cash, Credit/Debit card or store credit.

We currently have no credit card surcharge!

Shipping

We deliver to Australia only.

We expect items to arrive at your address from 5 to 14 business days from the date ordered. If a particular item is not in stock and will take longer to ship, we will contact you and give you the option to wait or refund.

Some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer in Australia, in which case if there are issues please contact us so we can organise a remedy.

Some products may exceed the weight limit for post and couriers, in which case you can contact us before ordering to get a quote for shipping. In the event an order is placed for a heavy purchase, we will contact you to organise shipping costs.

Heavy Exhaust products have their own shipping option, please select this option for exhausts.

Orders to addresses in remote areas will incur additional shipping costs, please contact us if you live remotely and wish to order from us.

If you order an excessive quantity of an item, we will contact you regarding the purchase to organise shipping.

Free Installation items are ONLY available to be installed at Brad’s Automotive workshop in Wooloowin. If you order an item to be shipped, but also have selected ‘Free Installation’ we will contact you arrange the installation date.

Faulty Products

At Brad’s Automotive we adhere to Australian Consumer Law regarding returns and refunds.

After an item has been shipped, we can offer a replacement, refund or store credit under the following conditions, or as stated under Australian law:

  • Product description does not match the product supplied
  • Product that was supplied is different to the one demonstrated to you
  • Product does not do what it is meant to do
  • Product is faulty or DoA.

To return a product please contact us to notify us of the issue with your product. Then you can return the product to us either in person or via shipping, including as much of the original packaging as possible, along with the invoice number or copy of the invoice.

All return expenses are usually paid for by you, except in circumstances where we deem appropriate, for example if there is a major failure of the product.

We reserve the right to decline a refund if you have mistreated, misused or modified the product, or if you have only changed your mind about the purchase.

Cancellations

Any order cancelled before shipping will be refunded via the same method we were paid. To prevent fraud/laundering we will only refund orders via the exact same method of payment to the same account or card.

After an item has been shipped, we can offer a replacement, refund or store credit under the conditions outlined in the FAULTY PRODUCTS section.

If you change your mind about a purchase after it has been shipped to you, we will usually not offer a refund, however if you ship it back in good condition with original packaging we can offer you store credit.

We reserve the right to decline a refund if you have mistreated, misused or modified the product, or if you have only changed your mind about the purchase.

Returning a Product

To return in store, please provide the product in good condition, with the original packaging. You will be required to sign a refund receipt in store.

If you paid cash in store please provide the receipt and photo ID.

If you paid via debit or credit card, please provide the receipt and card used for the purchase. Refunds will only be supplied to the original card used for the purchase.

To return a product that has been delivered to you, please ship it back to our address and include either a copy of the invoice, or at least the order number with the package. Please include the original packaging and the product in good condition.
